ALL FOR THE CHURCH The Church is the greatest factor on faith for the building of character and good citizenship. .It is a storehouse of spiritual values. Without a strong Church, neither democracy nor civilization can survive. There are four sound reasons why every person should attend services regularly and support the Church. They arc: (I) For his own sake. (2) For his children's sake. (3) For the sake of his Community and nation. (4) l or the sake of the Church itself, which needs his moral and material support. Plan to go to church regularly and read your Bible daily. But is there a present for God ? Foolish, you say? How could one possibly give God a Christmas present? Well, you can’t give Him a package tied in bright paper and shining ribbon. But you can present to Him the ffi/t of remembrance. During your busy holiday season, stop for a moment to take stock of your life. Ask yourself what is really important about the Christmas season—and you’ll know that He is. Pause, even when you’re rushed, to say a little prayer to Him. Christmas, after all, is His birthday.
