State Tea Tonight
The AIM Chapter of the Uni
versity Dame* Club will hold its
annual fall twilight tea tonight at
8 in the Soeial Room of the Me.

A national organization for atu-
dent wives, the Dames Club pur
pose ip to provide social contacts
for the wives of student*. The
only requirement for membership
is that the applicant be a wife of
a student enrolled in a university
or rollefe at the time she liecome*
a mem tier.

Dame* rotate* to the various chap
ters across the I'mted States.
Memberships are transferable
from one chapter to another. A
member is always eligible to join
any chapter where she may be liv
ing even if her husband is not a
student.

used as a bond of fidelity since
early history, ahd the arrow is
used as the symUd of friendship
