Rollie White Coliseum Sat urday night as they .shot down the Texas Aggies 74-68. Although the Steers were with out their star forward Jay Arnette and 6-4 Brenton Hughes saw lim ited action, they had enough fire power remaining to hand the Ca dets their sixth defeat against four wins. Neil Swisher was once again high-point man for the Aggies with 20, followed by Archie Carroll with 18. Five Longhorns tallied in the double figures. The Aggie Fish broke their over time streak at five games, but dropped the preliminary game to the Shorthorns, 70-60. This brings the freshman team record to three wins against seven losses—all to conference opponents. The varsity game was a closely- contested game, with the score be ing tied 11 times and the lead changing hands 11 times. Both teams hit 41 per cent of their field goal attempts.
