Bernard of the physics department. The course, physics 310, is a three hour non-mathematical course dealing with the description' and uses of atomic phenomena, and will include such topics as x-rays and natural and artificial radioac tivity. Physics 310, Bernard said, is pri marily for students of animal sci ence, biology, genetics, biochemis try, pre-dentistry, pre-medicine, and veterinary medicine. Letters to the Editors (Continued from Page 2) ism is that action taken against ertain members of a secret organ- zation known to us as the TT’s vas too severe. Has disciplinary iction against this organization «ver been too severe if the organi- ;ation continues to appear at our school? In my opinion anyone vho associates himself with this >rganization is an immature boy vhen he knows the consequences >f belonging to such an organiza- ion. If Texas A&M has developed a reputation for being a good school Poultry Research Dr. L. D. Matterson of the poul- ;ry husbandry department at the Jniversity of Connecticut, will be icre next semester doing research vork on poultry nutrition, said Dr. I. R. Couch of the poultry husban- Iry department. to stay out of it is a result of cer tain critics of the type mentioned above. It might be a good idea if authors of letters to the Battalion took a better look at our school as a whole before making a state ment that Texas A&M is not worth attending. Harry R.
