Kickoff time is 7:30 and tickets are $1. Season student activities cards will be good for admission. After rolling to 31-6 and 7-0 wins over the University of Hous ton and TCU frosh, the Fish were swamped 38-14 by Baylor’s Cubs four weeks ago. The Owlets, only unbeaten freshman team in the conference, downed SMU 6-0, Tex as 27-6 and Wharton junior col lege 39-19. Head Coach Paul Bryant an nounced this probable starting lineup for the Fish: Ends, Dean Meeks, 185, and Bob by Marks, 185; tackles, Charles Krueger, 20, and A. L. Simmons, 206; guards, Jim Stanley, 190, and Howell Trimble, 182; center, Ger ald Her, 23; quarterback, Jimmy Wright, 175; halfbacks, John Crow, 200, and Loyd Taylor, 165; full back, Bill Gillespie, 189. READY FOR OWLETS—Fish fullback Ken Hall, 1953 all stater at Sugar Land high school, shows the form he is expected to flash tonight when the Fish meet the Rice Owlets. Coach Paul Bryant announced that Bill Gillespie will start instead of Hall tonight, but he still is due to see lots of action. McCasIand Scores 20 In 39-20 win Dick McCasIand scored 20 points to lead 1st regimental staff to a 39-20 victory over A signal corps in upperclassmen intramural bas ketball yesterday. In other games, A athletics won over A armor, 24-12; D infantry won over B composite, 32-20; and squadron 1 won over B armor, 23- 17. In upperclassmen tennis, squad ron 17 beat squadron 7, 3-0; squad ron 8 beat A transportation corps, 3-0; A ordnance beat squadron 22, 3-0; A anti-aircraft artillery beat squadron 9, 3-0; l^t battalion staff beat A field artillery, 2-0; squad ron 19 beat B field artillery, 2-0; and A chemical beat squadron 10, 2-1. In freshmen football, squadron 13 won over C Anti-aircraft artill ery, 13-7; squadron 21 downed squadron 4, 12-0; squadron 16 blanked squadron 25, 6-0; and A signal corps edged squadron 14, , In freshman horseshoes, A engi neers beat C infantry, 2-1; squad ron 7 beat A quartermaster corps, 2-1; and B engineers beat C field artillery, 2-1. Bowling Team To Meet Trinity The Aggie Bowling team will play host to San Antonio’s Trinity university in the M.S.C. bowling alleys at 7 p.m. Saturday. It will be a three-team meet. The three Aggie teams will be com prised of the top 15 bowlers in the A&M Bowling committee. Tommy Cox, chairman of the committee, called the Trinity A team “one of the best inter-collegiate bowling teams in the state.” Lufkin Retains First Place Spot DALLAS, Nov. 10 -- (TP) — Lop sided victories last week kept Luf kin, Breckenridge and Port Neches in the top three places in the Dal las News Class AAA schoolboy football poll. Losses by Big Spring and Pharr —San Juan-Alamo, shuffled the remaining places. Big Spring skidded to seventh, and Pharr to 15th. This week’s top nine, in the opin ion of Texas sportwriters—records in parenthesis: 1. Lufkin (7-0), 2. Breckenridge (6-0-1), 3. Port Ne ches (7-1), 4. Garland (7-0), 5. McAllen (7-1), 6.
