Joe Orr Jr.., super intendent, figures the strikes prolonged the construction for five months. The latest strike, which ended Thursday, caused a two-months delay. HI, SCHOOL The annuals have arrived at Consolidated, and last night was the big annual yearbook signing party at the Patranella Memorial slab at the school. After the complimentary copies of the “Tigerland” were presented, the students received theirs and spent the evening getting the autographs of their friends. Mrs. A. R. Orr is Faculty ad viser, and Charles Heaton, who is now a student at A&M, was editor. This year’s annual staff just re turned from a yearbook clinic at the University of Houston sponsor ed by the Port Printing Co.
