Williams chairman of the Special Exhibits section. The Horticultural section will consist of exhibits of six types of flowers and the Arrangement di vision baa thirteen classes of flow er arrahgement. The Special Ex hibits section is sub-divided into an educational division which will show different types of garden equipment and the gift division in which non-members of the club may enter exhibits.
