Section 9. The fact that much
of the world is in a state of politi
cal unrest,.that foreign agents and
others who seek .the overthrow or
destruction of the government of
the United States are known to be
working in our country, and that
subversive teachings and activities
of student^ should not be allowed
in State-supported corteges and un
iversities, and the further fact that
such a situation presents a clear
and present danger, create an
emergency and an imperative ne
cessity that the Constitutional Rule
requiring bills to be read on three
several days in each House be sus
pended, and said Rule is hereby
suspended, and that this Act shall
tajke effect and be in force from
and after its passage, and it is so
enacted.

of a Shipwreck Party, said,

least.” Not knowing just how he

getting some shipwreck clothes.
Several comments have been
heard on the campus tfiat indicate
a large turn out, Kirkham said.
