Also, he served as president of Randolph College at Cisco. Mrs. ({hark was director of the music (department at the same college for eight years. Mrs. Clark’s two sons served as physicians in the armed forces during the recent world war. One, Dr. Randolph Lee Clark, Jr. has been named dean and head sur geon of the Graduate School of Medicihe to be built at the Hous ton Medical Cehteir. Currently he is director and chief surgeon of the Anderson [Hospital in Hous ton. A daughter, Mrs. Clifford Deaton, is director of the Red Cross in Wichita Falls, and during World Whr II, she was third in command of the Wom an’s Army Force, All seven of Mrs. Clark’s daughters are ac complished musicians. Mrs. Clark is past president of the Federated Clubs of Cisco, past president of the Cisco Gar- d e n Club, bhaplain of the Daughters of the-American Rev olution, and chairman of the Ad vancement of Group, A meiMber of the! One student reported a new 1949 Ford stolen Tuesday. It whs later recovered on a dirt road about eight miles south of the college. When It was found, the radio had been removed. Another student reported two fog light* had been stolen from hla cat 4 . Two spotlights and a back up light also are missing. Two Other car owner* have reported radio* missing from their car*. All the theft* have been from cars parked in the Lnw-Puryear lot, with the exception of the stolen car. It was parked across from the Campus Theater, and was stolen about 1:30 a. m. Wednesday. Chief Hickman asked all students to lock their cars when they park them overnight in the lots. Some of the thefts were made from parked cars, but if a car is locked, some noise will be made to break in, and the patrolman will have time to apprehend the crimi nal, Hickman said. Twelve Juniors Escort Beauties During Fiesta Twelve juniors left yester day for Raymondville, Texas, where they will escort Miss America and 11 duchesses to the Onion Fiesta which is held each year in the Rio Grande Valley. The eleven duchesses will be girls from town* in the Valley competing for the title of Miss Magic Valley.
