Quinn, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Texas, will visit St. Thomas Chapel to morrow, for the purpose of Con firmation, and will also preach at the service that starts at 11:15 a. m., as well as leading the dis cussion class that meets in the chapel at 10 a. m. This will be the Bishop’s first visit to the chapel this year. Tiner, and Pat Towery. Civilian defense training groups here mostly unier the direction of Lt. Colonel H. R. Brayton and a detachment of enlisted men in the Chemical Warfare Service have turned out several groups of business men and leaders of civilian defense all over the south, using the facilities of A. & M. and working on the campus. Courses are about 10 days long, and include an intensive drilling program in methods of meeting emergencies in case of bombing raids. The courses are intensely practical giv ing actual experiences to the men taking the cohrse in as far as possible.' Some of the training was directed toward the control incendiary bombs of several types which are known to be used by enemy forces.
