OF BOOTS LOUPOT’S ganization commanders and the Corps Commander, or the Corps Executive, or one Regimental Commander, who will preside over the court. The members of the Court, to include the presiding officer, will be detail ed from a roster maintained by the Corps Commander ,who will be re sponsible for detailing the Court to meet at a designated time. The Court shall meet twice monthly for formal consideration of offenses which may be referred to it for ac tion and informally as often as neces sary for consideration of charges prior to the formal hearing. The regular meetings of the Court shall be formal No. 1 uniform, with white shirt, to be worn by mem bers of the Court, the offenders, and such witnesses as may appear before the Court. The guilt or innocence of the ac cused will be established by ballot, four votes or more will decide the issue. The degree of punishment will be decided in a like manner. The accused will be given an opportunity to make any statement he desires before the Court and will be allow ed to introduce witnesses in his be half. The Court may call any wit nesses it desires to hear. Punishment to be assessed will con sist of tour duty and restriction to the campus. This year the official trip will be to Fort Worth for the TCU game and a petition will be presented for a trip to Houston for the A. & M. - Rice game. A discussion of the results of the Motion Picture Committee will be presented to the class. The af fair began in the spring of 1940 when the Aggies found that it would be impossible for them to obtain first run pictures for the theaters at College Station. When this situation could not be rem edied by arbitration a drive to at tend local theaters was begun and continued through last year. Club as a result of the election held at the first meeting of the club this year Tuesday night. Other officers elected were Alton Tyler, vice-president; Bruce Mayo, secretary and treasurer; and Pat Campbell, social chair man. The size of the club has almost doubled its membership since last year. There are now 41 students on the roster of the organization as compared with 22 the previous year. -THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 1941 First Meeting Of Rifle Team Slated To be Held Sept. 19 The first meeting of the A. & M.
