The College, through the Com mandaat, will limit the leaning and pressing firms whkh may have agents to two in each military organisation The cleaning and pressing firms to operate ia a com pany shall be selected by the mem ber* of that company. 2. No one else, student or other- . wise, shall be permitted to solicit, pkk up, or deliver cleaning and pressing work in the dormitories, and this prohibition will he enforc ed by the Commandant's office. 8. Each student agent ia to rep resent only one cleaning and press ing concern and b-.th agents in an organisation may not represent the same concern. Agents shall be paid a standard commission of 20%, but shall not be given free work. If, in the judgment of the Command ant, an agent ia not handling his business affairs in a satisfactory manner that agent shall forfeit hit agency and another shall be chos- ea. Organisations may not ordinar- 1 ily be permitted to change the firm ' selected, but under exceptional cir cumstances where just causa for R. B.
