The third annual Electrical Engineering dance, given Friday, March 22, was the biggest hit yet scored on the Aggie social calendar. The dance excelled in every respect anything given so far this year. The E. E.’s innovated the idea of broadcasting the dance over station WTAW that the entire country might hear and know of their activities. A complete description of the dance was broadcast along with the music. The dance hall was beautifully decorated throughout, but the most out standing thing of all was the lighting effect. In the center of the floor, suspended from the ceiling, four huge flood lights of different colors re volved in such a fashion as to give a very unique and clever effect. These were the only lights used. Music .was played by Ralph Britt’s yictor Recording Orchestra and by far excelled any other dance music had on the campus this year. This band knew their stuff when it came to putting plenty of pep into the dance. (Continued on Page 4) T. A. T.
