The Chamber of Commerce is backing production of the invention and high officials of the city claim that as soon as it is placed on the market that white peo ple can be induced to live in Port Arthur. * * * By Assorted Press from the San Au gustine “Sun:” John Franklin Blount, who will be remembered in the San Augustine younger set by reason of having been voted the most handsome boy, the most popular boy, the wittiest boy, and the boy most likely to succeed each year of his four years in high school, recently won a ketchup eating contest conducted by O.
