Many men had seen apples fall, but this man with the question mark mind found out why they fall—and his answer has helped us to understand the workings of a universe. Would that we all could get a bite of that apple if it would inspire us too with the “I wonder why” attitude! Intellectual curiosit3 7 is a great and moving force. It mobilizes reluctant facts. It is the stern drill-master which whips into shape that most invincible of armies—sure knowledge. Curiosity, with the will to sweat out the answer, is the greatest asset you can acquire in your college course. This attribute is needed by industry today more than ever before.
