Legend for playing fields: Consult your playing schedule and find the' date of your game, together with the team you are to play. Now consult playing field schedule and find the date for your game, look above that date and find the field assigned to you on that date. For example: the Artillery plays the Air Service on Feb. 7th. Looking above the date Feb. 7, it is found that both teams are scheduled to play on the (F) Freshman Field. Playing on what is probably as fast a court as can be found anywhere, both teams gave good demonstrations of their ability. Mr. Sullivan can well afford to be proud of this structure because it is undoubtedly one of the most needed on the campus. The students also have cause to be proud of such a spacious gym and anything done to mar or deface it should be considered pretty much of an insult. Monday night the two teams were very erratic, especially during the first half which ended with the Aggies leading 12 to 8. The surprise of the evening was probably the fact that Dealy was holding down the center position and Baker taking Dealy’s old guard post. “Dime” isn’t so very tall but just the same he never failed to get in the air after the ball and at the end of the game was high point man. Baker certainly looked good at that guard too. The Aggies held what they had and gained a little more be fore the end, the score being 25 to 15. The second night it looked for a time as if the Sam Houston team would be the victors for once they had a six point lead and were going good but the Aggies crawled up un til their opponents were only one point ahead, 9 to 8, at the end of the half. With the beginning of the sec ond half Damon returned to the game and added seven points to the score, five more. Summary—First Game Duckett Damon Dealy Baker R. F. L. F. R. G.
