A., Nov. 22.—The College of Industrial Ajfts is sending package li braries of ^lome economics to the Mothers’ Clubs of Texas. There will be five libraries sent to each of the twenty-five Mothers’ Clubs of the State. Each library contains two lessons. The courses are compiled in ulletin form, packed in tin boxes fitted with locks and expressed to the clubs at the expense of the Col lege. never played together before, and some of whom were inexperienced, and in a few short weeks they built a machine, and the machine they built was not only one that could and did beat the State University team, a supposedly invincible machine, that had played together for four years, but it was a machine whose defensive power was such that it held Varsity scoreless. It was the first time Var sity had been held scoreless since 1910, a period of five years. These men worked unceasingly mornin, noon, and night, and they ac complished what they set out to do,— They beat Varsity. But they did more than this,—the team they have devel oped is one that will withstand the loss due to graduation. They have de veloped enough men so that next year the team will be even stronger than it was this year. And with the knowl edge of the men and conditiohs here, the chances seem good for Harlan and Graves to put out an invincible team next year. G. R. Warrren, a “peppy” “C” Com pany sophomore-fish, made up a rub ber stamp and spent all day Saturday stamping “A. and M. 13—Varsity 0” on the envelopes that the boys were mail ing out. He went to every hall on the campus, did the work gratis, and be lieves that ten thousand letters will go out bearing the stamp of the vic tory. “Pud” Harrison and McConnell, members of “K” Co. last year, were visitors on the campus last week and spent several days with “K” Co.
