Many complaints are coming to me from campus residents on account of the numerous dogs now running at large npon the: They have become quite a nuisance to many people. I am today instructing the Sup- erintendent of Buildings and Grounds to have all dogs found running at large impounded. If they are not called for within forty-eight hours they will be killed. It will, therefore, be to the interest of campus residents to keep up their dogs if they are . of value to them, This order is effective on and after Friday, January 12, 1917. : W. B.
