Hereafter, the Officer of the
Day or Officer of the Guard will
remain in the vicinity of the Post
Office durii g mail deliveries and
report all carets loitering in the
vicinity of the boxes, who are

no P. O. boxes; he will also re
port any Mail Orderlies who dis
tribute mail in the Main Building.
