The attention of the presidents
of all student organizations is di
rected to paragraph 127, article 9,
of the Bluebook, which requires
that a- list of the officers of organ
izations and a statement of the
time and place of meeting and of
any amendments to the constitu
tion and by-laws shall be filed
wit h the chairman of the commit
tee on Student Organizations and
Publications, within the first
month of school.
