The Callaway House is seeking an
on-site Resident Director to fill a
12-month, 20 hr/week position.
The Resident Director is responsible for
overseeing and developing resident life
programs and services. Duties include:
facilitating community assistant selec
tion process, training staff, organizing
staff meetings, resolving resident
issues, maintaining records/reports, and
other duties as assigned. The Resident
Director supervises a staff of nine com
munity assistants, and works very close
ly with management to develop projects
and activities for the student community.
Previous resident life experience pre
ferred- Our benefits include: on-site fully
