IMPETIGO STUDY
Volunteers ages 12 and older needed to participate
in a 12-week research study with an investigational
topical medication for the treatment of facial acne.
Eligible volunteers will receive at no cost:
• study related medical exams
• study related dermatological exams
• study medication
Volunteers will receive reimbursement
for time and travel.
Impetigo is an inflammatory skin disease usually
caused by bacteria and appears as a yellowish crusty
rash. If this sounds like you or someone you know
who is at least 18 months of age or older, you may
qualify to participate in a clinical research trial that lasts
for 15 days and requires 4 visits to the clinic. This
study is testing an investigational medication applied
to the skin. No blood tests required. Reimbursement
for time and travel will be provided. Your participation
may help treat your skin, and may help us understand
more about this condition.
