for Iraq to disarm
WASHINGTON (AP) - War
plans in hand. Bush administra
tion officials on Sunday promised
"zero-tolerance" if Saddam
Hussein refuses to comply with
international calls to disarm.
A new U.N. Security Council res
olution demands that Iraq elimi
nate its weapons of mass destruc
tion and open up to inspectors or
face "serious consequences."
Under the resolution, the
