TRAINERS ON DUTY—A Rec Sports Certified Personal
Trainer will be on duty in the Weight and Fitness Room during
most peak hours to teach proper exercise technique, give exer
cise tips and inform patrons about the Rec Sports personal
training programs available.
Rec Fitness SUMMER SIZZLER—Once just wasn't enough.
Last year's event was such a success, that we had to bring it
back hotter than ever. Come in July 23rd and enjoy four very
different workouts—Step,Yoga, Cross Training/Boxing and Hip
Hop Dance. Take your mind off the summer heat, with some
