Gaffney thinks his turn is coming. “I plan on coming in the same way as I did in college,” Gaffney said. “I have a chance to start with a new quarterback and a new team. I look forward to doing some good things this season.” Carr was the first pick in Saturday’s NFL draft and the Texans gave him a target by pick ing wide receiver Gaffney from the Florida Gators with their first pick in the second round.
