Friday: Third Floor Cantina- New to College Station, Adamo’s emotional message is delivered from the platform of memorable melody and thoughtful lyrical content and will accompany local, alterna tive rock band. Fitzwllly’s: Straight from Austin, Karen Chavis will perform blues and rock music at 9 p.m. Cover is $5. Sweet Eugene’s: Acoustic band Cubic will perform at the coffeehouse from 9 p.m. until midnight. There is a $ 1 cover charge. Zapatos Cantina: At 9 p.m., 6 Bridges will release its demo CD and enter taining guests on the porch stage with acoustic guitars and harmonization to familiar tunes by Jack-O-Pierce and Cowboy Mouth, as well as some originals. There is no cover charge. Saturday: Third Floor Cantina Local favorite. Saving Dawn, will perform with the rock, funk and folk band. Two Spy will perform at 9 p.m. Cover is $5. Fitzwllly’s: The Full House Blues Band will perform at 9 p.m. on the outdoor stage. Cover charge is TBD. Sweet Eugene’s: Music enthusiasts tire encour aged to check out the rare talent of Rodney Brannigan, the “man with two guitars.” Visiting from Amarillo, Brannigan’s acoustic, alternative groove is yielded through complete mastery and unique manipulation of his musi cal instruments. Brannigan will play from 9 p.m. to midnight. Cover is $1. Zapatos Cantina: Local jam band Easy Louie will perform at 9 p.m. with a unique and artistic sound, described by one fan as “Phish- esque.” Last Free Exit fans will recognize the band’s former drummer, Brian Beadle, again appealing to the music connois seurs of College Station with this outstanding threesome.
