Tyler Foster, a freshman electrical
engineering major, said that he donated
blood immediately after he heard about
the attacks.
“As soon as I heard about it on the
news, I was gone, Foster said.
Theresa Evangelista, American Red
Cross territory manager for the Bryan-
College Station area, said the wait to
give blood was an estimated four hours.
“At this point, we’ve been getting a
tremendous response,” Evang
said. “We appreciate people cc
out. but anticipate that there will
wait because we do have a lii
number of staff."
