Former K-9 deputy David Cisneros, former jailer Wilton David Wallace and jailer Robert Percival face up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted of violating the civil rights and causing bodily injury to Missouri inmate Toby Hawthorne. The three men could get probation or up to a year in jail if convicted of lesser misdemeanor charges not al leging bodily injury. Former Lt. Lester Arnold, who used a stun gun on the inmates, pleaded guilty to this re duced charge last week to avoid trial. Final testimony in the trial yester day came from Cisneros, who said he did not intend for his police dog to attack any inmates.
