Collins said students need to be aware of the ef
fects of alcohol so when a friend has been drinking
they will be prepared if medical problems arise.
“Aggies must be responsible for themselves and
others,” Collins said. “We don’t want Aggies to be
a part of the crowd who buy their friends six shots
in half an hour. There is a fine line between semi
consciousness and death.”
