Panelists from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (COALS) shared plans, derived from participation in the origi nal nationwide project in 1995, to improve the quality of uni versity teaching. The panelists provided sug gestions including evaluations for tenure and pay increases, departmental awards and reserved parking spaces for department faculty members- of-the-year.
