Vail said the decision to donate
her brother’s organs was consistent
with his personality.
“BJ. (as he was known among
family and friends) would do any
thing for anyone when he was
alive,” she said, “and now he’s still
able to give, even in his death.”
Vail’s family has set up a schol
arship fund for Klien High School
seniors in his memory.

Brazos Valley club
to hold bridge game
Texas A&M students interested
in the game of bridge are invited to
participate in a professional-ama
teur game Saturday at 1 p.m. at the
College Station Conference Center.
The game is sponsored by Bra
zos Duplicate Bridge Club, a com
munity organization under the
American Contract Bridge League.
Barbara Freilich, an organizer of
the event, said the event is de
signed to offer amateurs an oppor
tunity to improve their skills and
learn from the professional players.
She said participants do not
need to bring partners, and a
potluck lunch will precede the
game.

ation Center.
The presentation was given by
Christina Blume, a Texas A&M
graduate and certified physical
therapist.

er stretching, both before and
after exercise.
