The first single from this album “boom boom baby” was released late last spring and received quite a bit of radio play. The band shares a sound similar to Vallejo and has toured with them on several oc casions. The album itself excels in style diversity, keeping it interesting rather than sticking with one sound and overplaying it. From the slower, groovy melodic sounds of “Texas Isn’t Big Enough” and “Dancing at the Foot of Angels” to the rock-influenced, funk beats of “Boom Boom Baby” and “Fastest Man Alive,” the al bum keeps a good pace while throwing down that Texas- style funk.
