Sales Training Program This 4-6-month training program provides all the information and contacts needed to support sales objectives and enhance career potential. The training is based in Morristown, NJ and includes classroom, project and on- the-job assignments in at least 2 sales offices across the country. Trainees will be relocated to one of our larger offices in the U.S. upon completion ot the program. Assignments are made based upon business needs, individual aptitude for either the construction or service business, mentor relationship and individual preferences. Position responsibilities include preparing bids, conducting negotiations, and assisting architects, developers, general contractor and building owners with the application of our products to project specifications.
