Ross Street will remain a one-way
street for the next few years.
Doug Williams, assistant direc

Traffic and Transportation Services,
said the plans to fix Ross Street co
incide with the construction of a
new chemical engineering building
set begin in the year 2000.
Utilities will have to be placed
underneath Ross Street, so re
