in 1928.
1. How do you feel since winning
the Olympic gold medal?
Lipinski: It was fun coming back
to the States. I really felt it more
when I got back here. Being with
friends and family, it has sunk in.
Every once in a while I can’t believe
this is happening. The last couple
of days, I’ve kept it in sight.
2. Do you intend to compete in
the Olympics again four years from
now?
Lipinski: I can’t think about that
right now. It’s so exciting, winning
and skating this next year.
3. What music do you skate to?
Lipinski: Last summer I skated
to ‘Reach’ by Gloria Estefan. This
year I want to use a song by Celine
Dion. I haven’t choreographed any
new show programs yet. We’ll see.
I love Celine Dion. I wanted to
meet her and I did today. That was
pretty cool.
4. Do performers ever ap
proach you, asking you to skate to
their music?
Lipinski: Not yet. I usually pick it.
5. If you could date one of the
three young brothers in Hanson,
which one would it be?
Lipinski: That’s an unfair question.
