— Minor in possession of alcoholic beverage on
Coke Street. A citation was issued.
— Minor in possession of alcoholic beverage on

— Misdemeanor theft in the McKenzie Terminal. The
victim placed a Colt .38 special revolver in the glove-
box of a vehicle she rented on 9/02/97. When she
returned the vehicle on 9/04/97, she forgot to re
move the weapon. On 9/14/97, she realized her
mistake and notified the rental company.
September 13
— Public intoxication in parking area 2. An intoxicat
ed individual was arrested and incarcerated in the
Brazos County Jail.
— Driving while intoxicated on Polo Road. An intoxi
cated motorist was arrested and incarcerated in the
Brazos County Jail.

known make and model 10-speed bicycle was stolen.

office was entered and $143 in cash was stolen from
the victim’s purse.
—Violation of University regulation (Unauthorized so
licitation) in Underwood Hall. A subject was detect
ed soliciting sales of after-market perfumes. The in
vestigating officer located the subject and advised
him of the University regulation.
— Misdemeanor theft in Fowler Hall. A blue 5-speed
Huffy Diablo mountain bicycle was stolen from the
bicycle rack between Fowler and Clements halls.
— Breach of computer security in Keathley Hall. The
victim reported several individuals using her e-mail
account without authorization.
— Minor in possession of alcoholic beverage on
Mosher Lane. A citation was issued.

— Minor in possession of alcoholic beverage and
failure to identify on Mosher Lane. An underage sub
ject attempted to conceal his identity by presenting
an expired Pennsylvania driver’s license. The subject

ing area 72. A citation was issued.
— Disorderly conduct by exposure in parking area
77. A citation was issued.
— Criminal trespass on University Owned Apart
ments. A witness observed three individuals walking
through the apartment complex pushing two bicycles.
When they observed the witness, they dropped the
bicycles and fled from the area on foot. The re
sponding officers located the three suspects on
