weekend. The

the fall season for the 22nd-
ranked Lady Aggies. They will be

Baylor’s Nicole DeNault was unstop
pable with 24 kills.
The Lady Aggies’ (21-4, 12-2)
next game will be a rematch with

Wednesday in Austin at 7 p.m.

Men’s Swimming and Diving Team
defeated both the University of
Kansas and Iowa State University in
a dual meet at Robinson Natatorium
in Lawrence, Kan., Friday night.
The Aggies defeated Kansas
175.5 to 124.5 and Iowa State
164.5 to 116.5.
Leading the way was senior
Robb Pantano, who won the 200-
meter freestyle, 100-meter back-
stroke, 200-.meter backstroke and
swam on the first place 400-meter
freestyle relay team.
A&M Head Coach Mel Nash
said this was the best overall dual
meet they have had since he has
been at A&M.
“I’m especially proud of the way
Robb Pantano performed,” Nash
said. “We asked him to perform an
especially hard double in the 200-m
freestyle and coming right back and
competing in the 100-m backstroke."

The Lady Aggies were not at full
strength. Junior Stacie Karnes
missed the meet because of a death
in her family.

said the meet was a lot closer
