Misdemeanor Theft: Burglary of Habitation: • Dormitory 4 - A green Army rucksack was stolen from a third- floor room. • Walton Hall - The victim's brown leather wallet was stolen from his residence hall room. Burglary of Vehicle: • Four cars were burglarized in various parking areas. Burglary of Building: • Bright Building - A Sun Ultra space Ultra 1 Creator 3-D CPU was stolen from a third-floor of fice. • Langford Architecture Center - A Kenwood compact disc power adapter was stolen from a fourth- • Memorial Student Center Stark Gallery - On 1/27/96, the victim's tan jacket containing his Social Se curity card, Texas Drivers License and ATM bank card was stolen from the gallery. The victim report ed the theft after receiving a re turned check drawn on a bank ac count he did not open. • Teague Building - A green Dia mond Back Outlook 1 8-speed bi cycle was stolen. • Horticulture Compound - Three, 8- to 10-foot wooden or chard ladders were stolen from the bed of a University 1995 Chevrolet pickup truck. • Horticulture Compound - A 6- foot aluminum ladder was stolen from the bed of a University 1995 Chevrolet pickup truck. • Parking Area 32 - A lighted plas tic pizza delivery sign was stolen from the victim's parked vehicle. • College Main - A subject who was issued a citation for stealing a traffic cone failed to respond to the court to answer for the charge. A failure to appear war rant was issued by the court. The subject was served with the war rant and incarcerated in the Bra zos County Jail. • Blocker Building - The victim's wallet, which contained $15 in cash, several credit cards and other assorted property, was stolen from a first-floor room. Disorderly Conduct by Lan guage: Minor In Possession of Alco holic Beverage: Harassment: • Parking Area 5 - A subject was asked to refrain from using pro fane and obscene language. When the subject refused to abide by this request, he was is sued a citation. • Ross and Ireland Street - The vic tim was asked by a motorist for di rections to a certain building in the south residence hall area. When the victim was unable to give the directions, the motorist yelled obscenities at him. • Parking Area 55 - Five individ uals were issued citations. • Parking Area 5 - An intoxicated pedestrian was arrested and incar cerated in the Brazos County Jail. Criminal Trespass: ceiling tiles, breaking 11 addi tional tiles and two light fixtures. • Dormitory 8 - The victim was awakened by the sound of his window being opened. As the victim approached the window, he observed a hand holding a maroon cup. The unidentified suspect tossed about 6 oz. of liq uid that smelled of the odor of gasoline in the room. The victim opened the window blinds and observed three subjects running from the area. • Henderson Hall - The victim received obscene telephone call from an anonymous person. • Mosher Hall - The victim re ceived several hang-up telephone calls from an unknown person. • Parking Area 50 - The victim returned to his vehicle to find a Driving While Intoxicated: • Dormitory 3 - A male subject opened the curtain on the third- floor women's shower room and mumbled something to the victim while she was showering. The suspect then fled the area. Assault: Criminal Mischief: • Three arrests were made for driving while intoxicated. Public Intoxication: • Dunn Hall - A group of about 20 subjects ran through the first floor of Dunn Hall, damaging 57 • Keathley Hall - An argument between two individuals resulted in the victim being struck by the door in her residence hall room as she attempted to close it. The suspect pushed the door back into the victim as he exited the room.
