sity Police Department between Aug. 22 and 25.
tisdemeanor Theft
Dunn Hall - A dark gray Giant-Boulder 12-speed
nicycle was stolen.
Forestry Science Building - A Metier balance was
stolen from a third floor room.
Wisenbaker Engineering Research Center - A
- Multiplexer Omega OM-915 analog computer was
, stolen from a third floor room.
Public Intoxication
Schuhmacher Hall - An intoxicated subject
j:was arrested and incarcerated in the Brazos
I County Jail.
Supplemental Information - Criminal Mischief
Military Property Warehouse - An arrest war-
[rant was served on the individual responsible for
the damage to the entrance door on 8/18/95. The
I subject was transported to the Brazos County
Jail and incarcerated.
Parking Area 30 - Witnesses observed a subject
thro.w a burrito on the windshield of a 1994 Sat
urn. A note was left on the vehicle by the investi
gating officer advising the owner to contact the
police department.
Minor in Possession of Alcoholic Beverage
Moore Hall - Citation issued.
Parking Area 2 - Two individuals received ci
tations.
Supplemental Information - Criminal Trespass
Hensel Park - An arrest warrant was served
on the individual who chose to ignore a previous
ly issued criminal trespass warning. The subject
was transported to the Brazos County Jail and
incarcerated.

McKenzie Terminal Parking Lot - The victim
called to confirm nothing was removed from his ve
hicle on the date and time the vehicle was parked at
the terminal.

Q. Is it legal to make beer at home?
A. YES! Each person is allowed to make 100 gallons per year, 200
gallons per household. No one has ever been convicted of making
too much beer - only drinking it!
Q. How easy is it to make beer?
A. REAL EASY! If you can cook soup, you can make beer. It takes
about 11/2 hours to cook up, 4-6 days to ferment, and 4-6 days in
bottles for carbonation.
Q. What do you need to make beer at home and how much does it cost?
A. You need 4 things!
1. Fermentation Kit - which includes a 6 1/2 gallon fermenter,
bottling spigot, air lock, rubber stopper, plastic tubing, bottle filler,
bottle capper, bottle caps, and a New Brewers Handbook. Cost: $27.50.
2. Ingredient Kit - cost depends upon which kind of beer you
make. Average: $22.00
3. Stainless Steel or Ceramic-on-Stee! pot - minimum of 12 qts.
Cost: $10.50 and up.
4. 3 Cases of Returnable Bottles - Cost: $2/case at your local bar.
