Traffic lights will be timed to allow maximum traffic flow away from Kyle Field. Fans parking their cars in lots adjacent to Kyle Field will depart through either a left-turn only exit or right-turn only exit onto Wellborn Road. Elmer Schneider, UPD associ ate director, said the plan will have an immediate impact on traffic during football games. “As with any new process, there will be some problems that will occur,” Schneider said. Those problems will be ironed out throughout the year, he said. “It’s been an excellent oppor tunity for all the entities in volved,” he said. “The coordina tion and cooperation has been tremendous.” health & fitness CENTER The Total Fitness Experience.
