The director of the Na tional Science Foundation will give out awards and other national agencies will be here.” Kardell said the council is studying its graduate enhancement dollars, which is the amount of money graduate stu dents pay above the normal tuition rate. She said graduates pay $20 an hour more for in-state tuition; an hour more for out-of state than undergraduates.
