And she surely won't until someone captures the snake that slithered out of her 1988 Thunder- bird's dashboard and into her lap while she was driving. "I am only 27, but I almost had a heart attack/' she said Wednes day, one week after the startling meeting. "I felt something on my leg and thought it was a fly. I reached down to swat it. I saw something that looked like a rope. When I re alized it was a snake, I realized I would have to get that car stopped,” the nutrition teacher at Stephenville High School said. That wasn't easy, because her 4- year-old daughter, Alexa, was with her and when they saw the snake, both went ballistic. It's not easy to stop a vehicle when you've climbed into the seat and neither leg is any longer any where near the brake pedal, she said. "My daughter was screaming, I was screaming, and I finally got the car stopped by putting it into a lower gear and letting it coast to a stop," she said. Allgood said she never got a close look at the snake, but her daughter said it was white, yellow, green and brown. Once her car stopped, two men came by and offered assistance. One drove her and her daughter home, and the other drove her car. j3 The. "They give all their love to the opera,” Pavarotti said in an inter view being broadcast Sunday night on CBS-TV's ”60 Minutes.” "I think (they) have the rights to applaud or boo and if you want to know my opinion, they are right.” Tauber and Cross Streets College Station, TX 846-5011 Morning Worship: Sundays, 8:30 and 10:45 Congregation at Study: Sundays, 9:35 a.m. An ELCA Ministry Supporting Aggie Lutherans Bill’s Mon. 9/27 Tues. 9/28 Wed. 9/29 Thr. 9/30 5 p.m. CHEM 101 CH 5 CHEM 101 CH 6 CHEM 101 CH 7 CHEM 101 Test 2 review 7 p.m. RHYS 201 CH 6 RHYS 201 CH 7 RHYS 201 CH 8 RHYS 201 Test 2 review 9 p.m. CHEM 101 CH 5 CHEM 101 CH6 CHEM 101 CH 7 CHEM 101 Test 2 review 11 p.m. CHEM 102 CH 17 CHEM 102 CH 18 Part A CHEM 102 CH 18 Part B CHEM 102 Test 2 review Sun. 9/26 Mon. 9/27 Tues. 9/28 Wed. 9/29 Art’s ACCT. 230 6 - 9 p.m. MATH 151 7 -10 p.m. MATH 151 7 -10 p.m. MATH 151 7 -10 p.m. MATH 151 9-11 p.m. MATH 152/161 5-7pM 0 > MATH 152/161 5 - 7 p.m. v i ' v > * i \p i$ Dave’s Tues. 9/28 MATH 142 Thr. 9/30 MATH 142 Tickets will bt Sunday ? on sale 9/26 5 - 7 p.m. Blocker Bldg. > + 2 < James Coney —4 c o 1— Island 2. 2 Zachry Bldg.
