Three regents whose terms ex

on the Board until the three newly
appointed regents receive Senate
conformation. Regent Royce E.
Wisenbaker was unable to attend
the session.
McKenzie and DeCluitt voted
against all four changes, while
Showers voted against changing
A&I and West Texas. Mary Nan
West voted against the West

"The fair is a way to bring the
off-campus community to campus
in a centralized process," Jones
said. No one has to sign leases or
make permanent decisions, he
said.
Representatives from local util

transportation services also will
provide information.
A local radio station will give
away compact discs and T-shirts.
Some of the apartment complexes

The eight regents at the special

Dr. Manuel Ibanez, president
of Texas A&I University, said,
"The changes will reflect the col
