DISORDERLY CONDUCT:
□ A man was issued a citation for urinating in public. He
was discovered in Parking Area 3.
□ Female students reported being harassed by five children
in the Hullabaloo area or the MSC. Two children were located
and issued criminal trespass warnings.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:
□ A man reported his "flip-flop" sandals burning in the hall
way outside his room in Puryear Hall.
□ A window in Puryear Hall was broken by someone who
threw a rock from outside the building.
□ A student reported the right-side mirror on a 1991 Ford Es
cort parked in Parking Area 40 was broken.
Q The driver's-side mirror and rear windshield wiper on a
car parked in Parking Area 40 were damaged.
□ A snack machine on the first floor of Heldenfels Hall was
damaged.
FALSE ALARM OR REPORT:
Q Police received a call from an unknown caller who stated,
"Help me. I'm hurt." Investigating officers did not located any
one in the area.
THEFT OF SERVICE:
□ A student reported several unauthorized telephone
charged to his calling card.
PLACED WEAPONS PROHIBITED:
□ Police reported they discovered a 12-gauge shotgun in a
private vehicle while investigating an unauthorized use of emer
gency equipment.
[J A Rossi .38-caliber handgun was found in a vehicle in
Parking Area 85.
MISDEMEANOR THEFT:
□ A student reported his textbooks were stolen while they
were left unattended in a fourth-floor study area of the Sterling
C. Evans Library.
□ A student reported the theft of his gold ring, which heleft
unattended on a second-floor gym in G. Rollie White Coliseum
□ A world-ocean floor map and global seismicity map were
stolen from the second and third floors of the Halbouty Geosd
ences Building.
□ A Kleberg employee reported someone removed a Wind
sor Versamatic vacuum from a first-floor custodial closet.
□ A banquet fund of $40 was stolen from an unlocked desk
in the Pavilion.
□ Two four-foot palm trees, a five-foot ficus tree and two
chrome steelcase chairs with blue and maroon fabric were stolen
from the second floor of the Biochemistry/Biophysics Building.
□ A student reported someone cut the fence around A&M
Water Well No. 7 and stole a Landa high-pressure washer from
the well site.
□ A man reported he accidently dropped his wallet in the
basement of Milner Hall. It was later found on the second floor
with $40 missing.
□ A Sony AM/FM portable radio was removed from a desk
on the second floor of the Pavilion.
□ A citation was issued to a student for the theft of a rake
from the A&M Golf Course.
□ A student reported the windshield broken and the chrome
trim and weather stripping around the windshield stolen froma
1971 VW in Parking Area 61.
□ Five bicycles were reported stolen.
BURGLARY OF HABITATION:
□ A student reported three shirts, two textbooks and ai
Emerson AM/FM cassette player were stolert^from an unlocked
room in Aston Hall.
□ A Phonemate answering machine and an accounting text
book were stolen from a third-floor room in Dunn Hall.
□ A student reported a maroon canvas wallet with $28 was
stolen from a locked room in Dormitory 9.
BURGLARY OF A COIN-OPERATED MACHINE:
□ Snack items were removed from a vending machineinthe
hallway of the Halbouty Building.
BURGLARY OF A BUILDING:
□ A Pavilion employee reported a cash fund was removed
from a secured office on the second floor of the building,
HARASSMENT:
□ Three students reported receiving harassing telephone
calls.
