Lawyerfights use of alleged murder plan tapes in custody case

HOUSTON (AP) — A judge de
termining a child custody case said

cordings of a mother allegedly at
tempting to hire a hitman to kill the
mother of her daughter’s cheerlead
ing rival.

the tapes are not relevant to the cus
tody issue and they should be re
stricted to the criminal case against

Mrs. Holloway, 37, was arrested

June on a charge of soliciting capital
murder. She has been freed on
$10,000 bond.
