Hamilton and I’d love nothing more
than to be your next senior yell leader.
Being a student and a member of the
Corps of Cadets for the past three
years has allowed me first-hand knowl
edge and experiences of what it means
to be an Aggie.
Texas A&M is a great institution
with time-honored traditions and
deep-rooted pride. It is a yell leader’s
responsibility to uphold the unique
image and the bond that sets us apart
from all universities. I would be hon
ored to represent the Twelfth Man as a
senior yell leader and would take great
pride in leading A&M to another victo

traditions and the important part they
play at A&M. Through these tradi

strong and the Twelfth Man unified.

Scott Hart
Accounting
Howdy Ags! My name is Scott Hart,
and I’m running for senior yell leader.
I am Class of ’89 from Breckenridge,
Texas.
A yell leader should do more than
just lead yells and tell grode stories. He
should motivate the entire Twelfth
Man both on and off the field.
As a non-reg I can provide this moti
vation to the entire student body. The
esprit de corps will always be strong,
but as non-regs we must work a little
harder to ensure that the next genera
tion of Ags enjoys the “spirit” we once
knew.
Ags, I bring you enthusiasm and
downright friendliness, all I need is
your votes. Gig’em Ags!
Guy Schweppe
Political Science
Howdy Ags! My name is Guy
Schweppe and I’m running for senior
yell leader. I come from a family full of
Aggies so I’ve grown up knowing Ag
gie pride and tradition. I belileve in
this pride and tradition and I realize its
importance to the student body. I’ve
been involved in many traditional aciti-
vities since coming to Aggileland. I’ve
worked closely with Aggie bonfire and
I’ve participated in the fine traditions
of Aggie Muster and Silver Taps. I be
lieve that with my background I can
help lead the Twelfth Man into an ex
citing 1988-89 year. I urge all Ags to
mark their ballot on March 30 for Guy
Schweppe, senior yell leader. Whoop!
