Under the proposal, the women would drop their opposition to the Southwest Lubbock school in ex change for a junior high in the north-central area, school trustee Linda DeLeon said. She was one of four women granted intervener status in the U.S. Department of Justice’s suit against the Lubbock Independent School District.
