Rollie White Col iseum Tuesday. The White team was sparked by the 19 points scored by senior for ward Evelyn Sanders and the re bounding of junior center Lisa Jor don. “The key to what Evelyn does for our team is making an immediate impact on the game,” Feeney said. “As soon as she came in she got a few quick rebounds and scored six points.” Lisa Jordon was a force under neath the basket and grabbed nine rebounds. “It was good to see Lisa so much more mobile than she was a year ago,” Hickey said. “She did a really good job on the boards.” Junior guard Donna Roper led the Maroon team with 19 points and junior forward Veronda Roundtree was close behind adding 18. “Donna played a steady game and was explosive at times,” Feeney said. “But she’s capable of scoring more and doing a lot more things defensi vely.” Feeney was also happy with the play of Lisa Herner. Since Herner was the only point guard, she had to play the entire 30 minutes. Photo by Jay Ji “Lisa did an excellent job of run ning the floor without having a break,” Feeney said. Wendy Jennings, who is a true freshman, showed that she was re ady to play by canning two shots •from the three-point range.
