HOUSTON (AP) — Los Angeles
quarterback Marc Wilson threw four
touchdown passes, three to tight end
Todd Christensen, and the Raider
defense sacked Houston quarterback
Warren Moon six times and inter
cepted four passes en route to a 28-
17 NFL victory Sunday.
The Raiders, 5-3, won their fifth
straight game after three straight
losses and took advantage of the Oil
ers’ first-half miscues for a 21-7 lead
at intermission.
The Raiders played the game
without their leading rusher, Marcus
Allen, sidelined with an ankle injury.
Rookie Napoleon McCallum subbed
with 82 yards on 22 carries.
Moon was sacked twice, threw two
interceptions, lost a fumble and had
five passes tipped in the Oilers’ er
ror-filled first half.
Moon was sacked four more times
in the second half although Houston
rallied with Tony Zendejas’ 48-yard
field goal and a 4-yard touchdown
run by Mike Rozier in the third quar

The Oilers were penalized I i
times for 80 yards, including eight
infractions for 65 yards in the first
half.
Wilson hit Andy Parker with a 2-
yard touchdown pass in the first
quarter, aided by Rod Martin’s inter
ception and two penalties against the
Oilers.
Christensen got behind Oiler line
backer John Grimsley for second
quarter touchdown passes of 14
yards and 32 yards.
