Darwin, whose other loss was
against the Cubs, allowed two runs
in the fifth inning.
Shawon Dunston singled, went to
third on a single by Jerry Mumphrey
and scored on a sacrifice fly by Ryne
Sandberg. Gary Matthews walked
and Keith Moreland singled to left
scoring Mumphrey.
